Motion Fusion is a boutique Pilates and exercise studio based in Chermside West, Brisbane — where movement meets purpose. Our mission is to help every individual move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence.
At Motion Fusion, we believe exercise should be empowering, inclusive, and enjoyable. Our experienced team of Exercise Physiologists deliver personalised sessions that combine the science of movement with the art of mindful practice. We offer a range of programs designed for every stage of life — from Mums and Bubs classes that support post-natal recovery, to Tween Classes that build confidence and body awareness in young girls, and general classes that help women of all ages strengthen, move, and thrive. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, recover from injury, or simply reconnect with your body, we create tailored programs to help you achieve lasting results.

Private Reformer pilates
Private reformer classes are a great place to build your confidence or address specific injury or health concerns. Working 1:1 with your Exercise Physiologist, you will be supported to develop a safe and individualised reformer program that allows you to optimise your progress and see meaningful results.

Jumpboard Reformer Classes
Jumpboard Reformer Pilates class combines low-impact cardio with strength training to enhance bone health, build muscle, and improve endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, this session offers a dynamic workout on the reformer with the added challenge of the jumpboard

Reformer Pilates classes
With a focus on slow, controlled movements, our Reformer classes work to improve muscle tone, strength and posture. Every movement will start at the beginner level, with opportunities to progress during the class. No more than 4 people per class

Mums and bubs reformer
This class is tailored for new and expecting mothers. It focusses on pelvic floor engagement, postural strength, and low impact exercise. Programs are designed and delivered by an Exercise Physiologist. Children and babies are welcome to come!

Tweens Reformer Pilates
The Tween Reformer Pilates class is designed specifically for young tween-aged participants, focusing on safe, age-appropriate exercises to build strength, flexibility, and postural awareness. Guided by our Clinical Pilates Instructors, this engaging class introduces tweens to the benefits of Reformer Pilates in a supportive group environment.

Strength and conditioning classes
A popular class utilising weights, cardio machines and plyometrics to get your lungs heaving and muscles pumping! A great option for gaining strength, endurance and general fitness. Suitable for novices to seasoned gym-goers, our trainers will cater the load to you for a safe and enjoyable experience!

Introduction to reformer
The perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates classes, targeted towards setting the foundations of breath work, control and alignment. With no more than four people per class, you will be closely guided through a tailored beginner class that sets you up with the skills to excel in your Reformer Pilates practice.

Reformer recovery
This class is a flexibility-focused Reformer session designed to improve mobility, release tension, and enhance body awareness. It uses the support and resistance of the Pilates Reformer, ideal for days when you want slower-pace movement.
